When you submit the intake form on The Canva Plug, we collect your name, email address, website URL, and the details you share about your business goals and tier preference. This information is used solely to build and deliver your booking machine.
Your intake data is used exclusively to scope and deliver your Canva Plug build. We do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not sell or share your personal information with any outside parties.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store, see, or have access to your credit card number or full payment details. Stripe handles all payment security and PCI compliance.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect anonymized traffic analytics (page views, load times, geographic region) to serve and secure the site. No personally identifiable information is collected at the Cloudflare layer without your interaction.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track aggregate site behavior — which pages are visited, which CTAs are clicked, and form submission events. GA4 data is anonymized and used only to improve site performance and conversion. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
We use a cookie consent banner on initial visit. Accepting stores a preference cookie locally in your browser to remember your consent. We also use session storage to manage popup timing. No third-party tracking cookies are placed without consent.
If you submit your email for our free "Canva Lead Leak Fix" PDF, your email is used to send the PDF and may be used for follow-up communications about Canva Plug services. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying with "unsubscribe" to any email.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, email us or contact us via the intake form and note "Data Delete Request" in the subject. We will respond within 30 days.
Intake form data is retained for the duration of your active build and for 90 days afterward for support purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.
